With its mission to provide services for the maintenance and betterment of the Stone Oak planned community in San Antonio, TX, Stone Oak POA sought a solution that could automate the reading of 45 water meters. - Prior to deploying Janam’s XT2 rugged touch computers, Stone Oak POA required several personnel to visit each water meter, record the data by hand and report back to the POA supervisor. The supervisor would then record the data again in a master document.

About Stone Oak Property Owners Association
The Stone Oak Property Owners Association is a much desired master-planned community on the Northside of San Antonio. While individual HOAs govern the 26 residential neighborhoods, the POA is responsible for maintaining the common areas outside the residential areas, but within the Stone Oak designated boundaries. This includes approximately 78 City of San Antonio right-of-ways and medians, totaling approximately 51 acres, as well as four monuments, and a large decorative fountain.
