Janam products are available worldwide through a network of authorized partners. In order to receive full access to JanamCare technical service and support, proof of purchase from an authorized dealer may be required. Janam may not be able to provide technical support or warranty service for products that were not purchased through an authorized dealer, and reserves the right to determine if any fee-based repair can be provided. In some cases out-of-warranty repair and/or product re-certification may be an option. For all service and technical support inquiries, please have the product serial number ready before contacting JanamCare.
