Important – If you have Windows 7 OS on a 64-Bit PC:
After downloading/installing Janam Palm Desktop 6.2, you must download and install the
Janam 64-Bit Hotsync Driver Package. The download option will be available automatically at the end of the Palm Desktop 6.2 download sequence, or you can get it here.

Notes:

Do not un-install previous versions of Palm Desktop. If you have an existing version of Palm Desktop on your computer, leave it as-is, and install version 4.1 or 6.2 on top of it.

For the best experience, restart your PC and quit all running applications before installing this software.
